Tickets for the Sydney season of Come From Away have gone on sale today. The Australian production of the Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical – which broke records in Melbourne – will play at Sydney’s Capitol Theatre from June 3, 2021.

Produced by Rodney Rigby and Junkyard Dog Productions, Come From Away opened in Melbourne in July 2019 where it won critical and audience acclaim during its nine-month season, becoming the most successful musical produced at the Comedy Theatre. There are plans for a return six-week season at the Melbourne venue at the start of next year.

The Limelight review described the show as an “uplifting, inspiring, joyous musical” and “a moving tribute to the power of community, at a time when kindness and compassion often seem to be in short supply”.
