Throughout November, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will feature recordings of four world premiere concerts by leading Melbourne ensembles – Evergreen Ensemble, Melbourne Ensemble, Inventi Ensemble, and members of the Partridge String Quartet and Penny Quartet – on its digital platform MSO.LIVE.

The specially recorded performances by the chamber groups will be added to the classical concerts and contemporary music collaborations currently available on MSO.LIVE. The ensembles are each making their MSO.LIVE debut and have been offered full ownership of their recordings so that they can share them more widely.

MSO Managing Director Sophie Galaise said that projects like this are integral to the platform’s vision to support and promote Australian artists.
