The Australian Music Centre have announced the recipients of a series of $5,000 grants for Australian jazz musicians to attend this year’s Jazzahead, and form the Australian delegation at the conference in April. Hadley Agrez, Kristin Berardi, Taylor Davis, Natalie Dietz, Nick Garbett and Stuart Roger will head to Bremen, Germany later this month, joined by Hamed Sadeghi and Reuben Lewis, who were chosen as AMC Artistic Associates at Jazzahead in 2020.

“[The] Grant will provide an unique opportunity to network with the European jazz market and promote my new recording to a much wider international audience. It will potentially open doors to future international touring and festival performance opportunities,” said vocalist and award-winning composer Natalie Dietz, one of the grant recipients.
